If you need help with anything pertaining to running your Unit, refer to the staff contacts below; the AFS staff is ready and happy to help with any needs you may have.

Unit Officer Updates, Unit Lists, Membership, Invoices and Payments Contacts: Kelly Kotche and Mia Ferguson of the Membership Team. They will make sure AFS and its Units (Divisions, Chapters and Student Subunits, Sections, and committees) connect in all possible ways. They manage Unit Officer rosters and the transfer of information among units. They can also provide an invoice or help you make a payment.
Membership Needs…the Membership Team will take care of any of your membership needs. The Membership Team runs the system-wide billing/renewals for all dues and subscriptions for individual members and company members, maintains AFS’s database and membership portal – applies changes or adds new items, when necessary, supplies statistical data, provides Units with their current membership lists, runs Unit refunds and rebates reports, runs reports as requested by staff, officers, and Units, and responds to member inquiries and requests.
