The information you provide here enables AFS to keep communicate with all units at all times.

The Change of Officer Report Online  Interface allows you to enter data, “Save” partially filled form, “Logout”, and resume filling in by logging in again.

Once you submit the final report, changes can be made by AFS staff only.

Gentle reminder: all officers must be AFS members in good standing.
