Registration will be located in the South Foyer in front of the Key Ballroom on the second floor of the Hilton (map) for the duration of the conference.

AFS welcomes members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community and actively encourages their participation in all types of AFS events. There will be an AFS LGBTQ+ and BIPOC Social to celebrate the diversity in the AFS community and to meet others of similar backgrounds.

A/V Loading Reminder
|
In-person presenters, please stop by the A/V Loading Room in the Brent Room at the Hilton at least 24 hours before your presentation to upload your PowerPoint slides, unless you have already uploaded them via Cvent. The A/V Loading Room is open 1:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday.

The PDFs above are probably the easiest way to find in-person presentations, but to watch virtual presentations you will need to use the Attendee Hub. Use the day and category filters to narrow your search when browsing all sessions. If you are searching by speaker name, in particular, you may find them easier to locate on the App. The Cvent Event App is available in the App Store or Google Play, and then search AFS or AFS151 to load our meeting.
