8th World Fisheries Congress

The WFC Steering Committee has made the difficult decision to postpone the World Fisheries Congress to September 2021.

The impacts of coronavirus (COVID-19) have made this a very challenging time for many people around the globe. The health and safety of our delegates are paramount and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unprecedented time.

Abstracts that have been submitted for the WFC2020 will remain valid for the World Fisheries Congress next year. The Abstract Submission Portal will be reopened later this year allowing you to (a) confirm if you would like your abstract to continue to be considered; (b) update your abstract; or (c) withdraw it. Further details will be provided later this year.

We appreciate your continued support and understanding, and wish you, your colleagues, friends and family well and look forward to seeing you in Adelaide, Australia.
