Position will be responsible for engaging in selected salmon management and salmon habitat protection and restoration processes, to represent the Tribe’s priorities in habitat protection and restoration, salmon enhancement and management plans. This position will support other activities to improve and sustain harvestable salmon populations within the Tribe’s Usual and Accustomed Fishing Area.
PhD in Fisheries Biology, Fisheries Science, or closely related field. PhD Degree requirement may be substituted by seven (7) years of directly relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience of professional scientific and technical staff and a Master’s degree in Biology, Fisheries Biology, Fisheries Science, or directly related field.
