The Program Administrator is responsible for the oversight of the Lower Snake River Compensation Plan Office’s activities, including but not limited to: a) implementation of U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service policies and procedures; b) formulation of short and long term project policies, guidelines, and strategies necessary for the efficient and effective administration of the Office; c) evaluation of activities and institutes changes to increase effectiveness of operations; d) working with state and Tribal cooperators to plan and administer a multi-million dollar annual budget (~$30 million in FY 2019).
