Three post-doc positions available: 1) age-structured stock assessment of Lake Erie percids and other Great Lakes fishes, evaluate climate change effects on Lake Erie walleye recruitment and management (#614034); 2) age-structured stock assessment and management strategy evaluation to aid in Lake Michigan salmonine stocking decisions (#660443); 3) predict fish production in lakes and reservoirs across the US and use structured decision making techniques to develop a framework for deciding how to allocate fish production between fishery management needs and for the needs of cormorants (#662340). PhD in fisheries science or related discipline; strong quantitative background and record of research productivity. Experience in landscape-level modeling, stock assessment, and simulation modeling. Desire to work with stakeholders and agency personnel.
