The successful applicant will participate in quantitative fisheries research in the northern Gulf of Mexico.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in fisheries, statistics, computer science, etc. Must have an interest in quantitative ecological and fishery science and coursework and activity that attests to their experience. Minimumacademic qualifications include GRE scores in the upper 50th percentile in each category (report the percentiles in addition to the raw scores) and a GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 system) in scientific coursework. Students that do not satisfy both criteria will not be considered.
