Salary | Graduate assistantships include a generous 12-month stipend that is eligible for annual renewal and a full tuition waiver. |
Responsibilities | Accepted applicants will assist with research projects conducted by faculty and staff at AWRI in addition to performing research related to their thesis/project. AWRI maintains state-of-the-art analytical and GIS laboratories, and has two research vessels and several smaller watercraft. AWRI is located on Muskegon Lake in Muskegon, MI, on the shores of Lake Michigan. The Institute is located approximately 30 miles from the main campus of GVSU. |
Qualifications | Students must be accepted to the Master of Science degree program in the Department of Biology at GVSU as a full-time student, and a faculty member at the AWRI must serve as their major advisor. Ad Closing Date: Until Filled |
