The Brewer lab at Oklahoma State University is seeking a M.S student with an interest in fish growth and behavior to examine responses of native warmwater stream fishes to introduced Rainbow Trout. This project will be conducted primarily in a laboratory setting. The student will be advised by Dr. Shannon Brewer, with a start date of 8/01/19 or earlier.
A B.S. or M.S in fisheries or aquatic ecology (or similar) is required. Preference will be given to applicants with fisheries laboratory experience, particularly those with a basic understanding of genetic techniques and/or experience with fish behavior trials.
