A highly qualified and motivated candidate is sought to develop a PhD study on quantitative fisheries assessment and management. The work will be conducted in collaboration with NCSU and state and federal scientists.
1) B.S. in Fisheries, Marine or Aquatic Science/Biology, Ecology, or related field; M.S. required if applying for a Ph.D. 2) Previous research experience in the field or lab, evidence of quantitative skills, experience with R a plus; 3) Highly motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Anticipated start is Summer/Fall 2019
