The Illinois Natural History Survey is seeking to hire an Assistant Scientist, Aquatic Ecology to conduct basic and applied research in the area of aquatic ecology. This position will be located at the Kaskaskia Biological Station in Sullivan, Illinois.
Master’s degree in fisheries, zoology, ecology, or related field. Alternate degree fields will be considered depending on the nature and depth of the experience as it relates to this position. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field of fisheries or aquatic ecology. Experience is considered broadly and can include seasonal positions, undergraduate and graduate work, assistantships, or other student non-full time positions on a prorated basis.
