Working directly with Ocean Conservancy’s CEO and the Vice President of Conservation Policy and Programs and external partners, identify, vet, and advance promising new tools and policies from across a variety of disciplines including fisheries and natural resource science and management. This is a great opportunity for a scientist looking to “sample” the NGO field; the fellow will experience first-hand how to bring research into practical application, connect with top researchers, policy experts, practitioners and business leaders and contribute to meaningful and timely solutions for the world’s ocean and fisheries.

a PhD in fisheries science, ecology, marine conservation, or related discipline with a strong track record of multi-disciplinary research and/or experience in complementary disciplines (e.g., economics, finance, systems dynamics).
