| Responsibilities | Analyze fish population data from the Great Lakes basin. Explore how spatial and temporal variation in fish populations may respond to climate change and other important drivers. Examine implications of changing variance structure for monitoring programs. Develop and apply statistical modeling approaches, such as hierarchical and dynamic linear modeling. Interact with scientists at GA & PA Cooperative Research Units, Quantitative Fisheries Center, Northeast Climate Science Center, and our partners; and perform other duties as required. |
| Qualifications | MS in Fisheries, Ecology, Statistics, or related field. The most competitive applicants will have a strong quantitative background. |
