TX Cooperative Fish & Wildlife Research Unit, Texas Tech University
Conduct research on the ecology of Guadalupe bass in central Texas, particularly habitat use and movement patterns and a range-wide evaluation of the impacts of hydrology and urbanization species’ population dynamics. Candidate will be expected to collaborate with Texas Parks and Wildlife personnel.
M.S. in fisheries, ecology, biology or related field with competitive GPA and GRE scores. Experience with GIS and/or radio telemetry preferred but not required. Start date is August 2013.
