Start date summer/fall 2014.
Conduct research to help managers determine how to sample Missouri wetlands for fish and amphibians; assess effectiveness of sampling methods to determine species richness of amphibians and fish in wetlands. The student is expected to interact with state agency staff and co-advised by Lisa Webb and Craig Paukert.


BS in fisheries, wildlife, ecology, or related program, minimum of GPA of 3.2 in last 2 years; verbal and quantitative GRE scores >50% percentile. Interest in wetland taxa and management, field experience, communication skills, and present/publish results.
