Alaska Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit & School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). Expected start date is Fall of 2014. Analyze historical data, conduct fieldwork in remote field camps, and run a salmon embryo rearing experiment in the lab.
B.S. in fisheries, ecology, or closely related field. Fieldwork experience preferred. Interests in quantitative ecology, evolution, experimental design, and statistics using packages such as Program R, are desirable.
