Assistant Professor, freshwater fish ecology or fisheries management
Research: The successful applicant will develop an extramurally funded research program to support personal scholarship and graduate student training. Teaching responsibilities could include an introductory course in general ecology, an upper division course in fish ecology or management, a graduate seminar in the candidate’s area of specialization, or other courses as required by the department.

Review of applications will begin 4 March 2013.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in fish ecology, fisheries, aquatic ecology, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated expertise in fish ecology, fisheries management, or related discipline. A record of peer-reviewed publication appropriate to career stage. Evidence of excellence in teaching or the ability to develop into an excellent teacher.
