| Qualifications | Candidates for the appointment should have or be near completion of a Ph.D. in Fisheries or a closely related field by the date of appointment. The relevant Ph.D. is required prior to the second retention decision. Preference will be given for demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching, and a demonstrated ability to work with students in field applications and conduct applied research.
