Aquatic Invasive Species Field Crew Leader (Wildlife Tech II), Dutch John, Vernal, Utah. 2 openings
Serve as a field crew leader for the AIS program and supervise a crew of 4-5 Tech I positions. Assist AIS biologist with field work, data collection, trouble shooting of equipment, AIS information and outreach to recreational boaters and fisherman. Conduct boat inspection and decontamination when needed. Assist aquatics section with other field projects region wide.
Start date: March to April
End date: October

Prior supervisory experience is recommended. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work weekends/holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license. Individual must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of boats and how they work is a plus.
